Guidelines and Templates
The papers can be presented either in the classic format (PowerPoint presentation) or using the provided template. If participants choose to present their work as a poster, please use the template offered by the organizers.
Poster Session Information
- Presenting authors are kindly asked to be available during these intervals in the poster presenting areas for questions and answers during the entire duration of the Poster sessions.
- We encourage you to respect the template offered by the organizers and we also recommend that you clearly organize your content, in a way that won’t confuse the readers.
- Each presenter will be allocated about 7-10 minutes to present their Poster.
- All participants are invited to the Poster Session and they can ask questions.
- All the posters will be printed and prepared on site by the organizers.
- We recommend that presenters communicate the key point of their work.
